Silk Reeling is a set of repetitive spiral movements with the arms and hands. The gradual opening and closing movements create inner energy circulation, concentrated on a connection to the earth, dan tian rotation, waist turning, and knee alignment. It is the foundation for Tai Chi practice, especially the Chen Style. It will develop your coordination and leg strength, as well as tendon and muscle condition. Compiled from the teachings of Grandmasters Chen Zhenglei, Chen Xiaowang, and Zhu Tiancai, Master Tsao summarised his practice into 13 methods and presents this instructional DVD in English with both front view and back view.
