How long will get the download link after payment?
After we receive your payment. The system will automatically create an account. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your Junk, Bulk or Spam folders. Mark the message as Not SPAM to avoid problems receiving our correspondence in the future.
You will receive emails including: Login account creation notification (First time) and order status email.
Most of products will come to you immediately. But for some products were posted for offer. We need time to make files and upload. (It takes 8-72 hours) We will try by our best to have download link on time.

To enroll in a course, simply search for the desired course on our website and click on the “Add to cart” button. You will then be redirected to the payment page to complete the enrollment process. You can add as many courses as you want.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can make direct payments, no need to create an account. Required requirements: Your email must be correct.
Or if you prefer, you can simply confirm account creation during the checkout process.

What is delivery method?
After we receive your payment, my own server will automatically create the download and send the download link to your email address and it’s a permanent link. Since it is a digital copy, my suggestion is to download and save it to your hard drive.
In case the link is broken for any reason, please notify me and I will resend the link.
Refund
“No question ask for a refund if the fault is ours.” We treasure the connection with our customers. Therefore, if you find an error on the course that we provide to you or the course’s quality is not good (example: video blurry, bad sound) or missing files/modules… Please contact us to resolve that.
If we can’t solve your problems, we will make a refund for your order within 1-3 business days after we confirm together.
Exemption
We provide digital products. Most of the products will come to you immediately. Therefore, we will not make refunds for links you have successfully downloaded.
All product’s contents were checked very carefully and “Excepted” these contents: “Online coaching, Software, Facebook group, Skype and Email support from Author.” So we will not have a refund policy for these contents issues.
