Richard Schultz
After life-changing experiences in India in 1997, I knew that I wanted to work with individuals and organizations to facilitate conscious, transformational change. People, including myself, had so much unrealized potential and the material life we were each conditioned to strive for, was just a shadow of what was possible. In 2001, I created WisdomWays to explore this human and spiritual potential and bring my growing awareness and skills to support people in living extraordinary lives, far beyond the norm. I was also attracted to discovering what was possible when people genuinely connected and consciously collaborated in service to creating a better world. The exploration and work continues to this day and probably will until the day I release my last breath.
In the first part of my journey, I did a deep dive into life purpose and values work, the human elements that drives our sense of meaning and fulfillment. This led me to learning how to design and facilitate workshops and group collaboration in processes like Open Space Technology. From there, life led me to learning and developing multiple systems to help people master and free their minds — the source of human limitation and suffering. These systems included techniques to reprogram limiting subconscious beliefs, release and balance emotions, forgive the unforgivable and my personal favorite, shadow integration work to find lasting peace. In my life mentoring programs and workshops, I endeavor to pass on these techniques and gifts of wisdom and experience to my clients.
More recently, I have co-founded two other organizations, ElevateWork and Cohering Community. ElevateWork is an organizational development consultancy with a mission to transform the world of work. Cohering Community has a mission to elevate our capacity to thrive together by changing the conversation and rebuilding trust through the practices of circle-work and open dialogue.
In 2021, twenty years after I started this business adventure, my business and branding for this website and my services becomes ElevateLife. This change brings it into alignment with ElevateWork, plus my sense of where I need to go next with my work for the world. Through ElevateLife and ElevateWork, I feel called to step out in service to the world more — into a more global space to Dialogue and collaborate with other leaders and co-create holistic solutions for the great challenges facing humanity at this time. Please contact me if you have a similar mission for the world.
