Chris Roberts is a partner of the Business and Sales firm Butsch Roberts & Associates in St. Louis, Missouri.

The primary focus of Mr. Roberts’s practice is representing consumers in class action litigation. He has successfully resolved class action cases against debt collectors, high-interest lenders, debt settlement companies, timeshare companies, auto dealerships, gyms, telemarketers and many other companies.

Mr. Roberts has successfully litigated TCPA, FDCPA and other consumer protection cases for individuals and as class actions. His results have ultimately led to millions of dollars being paid to consumers and millions of dollars of debt being eliminated for consumers.

When Mr. Roberts is not litigating cases, he makes a concerted effort to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in class action litigation and consumer Business and Sales. Mr. Roberts is a nationally-published author and a nationally-recognized lecturer on class action issues. He has had two books about class action Business and Sales published (to which he contributed) by the American Bar Association. He also frequently presents to the American Bar Association and Missouri Bar about class action practice and consumer Business and Sales issues.

While Mr. Roberts loves the practice of Business and Sales, what he loves most is spending time with his wife and two daughters. His dedication to his clients is only surpassed by his dedication to being a “girl dad.”
