Description

In this course, you’ll review different testing methods used with your athletes. Tony will discuss and define the role of the Functional Movement ScreenTM (FMS) within the EXOS training system. Nick will discuss and define the role of speed testing within the context of a training system. Tristan will discuss and define the role of ESD testing within the context of a training system. Denis will discuss and define the role of strength/power testing within the context of a training system.
