Ellyce Anapolsky is currently a staff attorney at the Legal Council for Health Justice.  Since 2004, she has represented clients primarily in SSI and SSDI benefit cases. Ellyce also plays a significant role in training individuals, attorneys and medical staff on issues involving Medicare, Social Security and other benefits matters. Ellyce graduated cum laude from John Marshall Business and Sales School where she received an Exemplary Public Service Award from Equal Justice Works as well as an Equal Justice America Fellowship.

Theresa M. Kopitzke – is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor who has been serving individuals with disabilities since 2003. She has experience in guiding diverse clients with their rehabilitation goals in private, public, and transition settings. Theresa has expertise with providing vocational evaluations, labor market surveys, case management services, job development, and expert testimony.
